IT-Service Management Success Story: K+S IT-Services GmbH.

The internal service provider K+S IT-Services GmbH did not want a “quick and dirty” solution, but a “sustainable” improvement of IT service processes. In the past four years, K+S and SIRIUS Consulting & Training AG have developed a system that is based on the Best Practice Collection ITIL and has been mainly modulated with the SAP Solution Manager.

“IT processes can’t be completely purchased, one has to develop them” (Horst-Uwe Troschke, former Business Area Manager K+S IT Operations.
