The solution IntegrateIT from SIRIUS Consulting & Training AG has been successfully certified!

We have decided to set the standard on the market and let Serview GmbH certify our IT Service Management solution IntegrateIT.

Here are a few excerpts from the final report for your evaluation:

Serview GmbH evaluated the IT-Service Management solution IntegrateIT, which is based on SAP, and awarded it the designation Serview ITL Certified Tool.

The analysis by Serview GmbH determined that IntegrateIT extensively supports the processes of the 'Life Cycle' phases 'Service Design', 'Service Transition', 'Service Operation' as well as 'Continual Service Improvement' and provides the essential range of functions. As the solution IntegrateIT builds upon the SAP Platform, a high integration of the interfaces between processes is reached.

The solution IntegrateIT is completely based on the SAP Platform. With this platform in the background the solution is ideal to serve interfaces of other business divisions (e.g. output from Financial Management into the finance system of the company). It supports all IT-Service Management Processes. Ideal support of the processes as described in ITIL is provided by customization of IntegrateIT to suit the given client´s situation.

ITIL-Processes from the areas Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement, especially Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Financial and Service Level-Management were checked in detail and evaluated during the analysis.

IntegrateIT can be realized with various SAP-Systems, which offers great flexibility regarding the installed base on the customer's side.

The solution IntegrateIT is not "out-of-the-box" IT-Service Management Software, which was taken into consideration during the evaluation. To reach the performance described in ITIL, primarily one solution (Tool) is needed which supports a highly integrated approach. This could be demonstrated convincingly by IntegrateIT.
