Much has changed in the past years. Distribution and use of SAP systems for mapping IT Service Management processes continues to increase. The maturity and integrity of the processes in use have improved and expanded.

It is important for us that we  make contact with one another to share information and experiences in a relaxing atmosphere. In addition our goal is to make SIRIUS Customer Days a stage for new ideas and topics. That is why we decided to give selected clients the opportunity to exchange experience on topics processed with SIRIUS. We invited all participants to a varied selection of lectures at our training center during our second Customer Days. There was enough time and space for a lively exchange of ideas with like-minded persons/clients in a comfortable atmosphere
