SIRIUSAcademy begins in January 2012

Human Resources Development@SIRIUS together with Provadis

SIRIUS Consulting & Training AG will begin a unique Human Resources Development Programme with the SIRIUSAcademy.

To qualify SIRIUS personnel for the tasks and challenges of the company, SIRIUS is launching together with Provadis a personnel development programme, which is unique in the consulting and services sectors.

With the SIRIUSAcademy, the personnel will be given the tools which are required to professionally represent the benefits and values of the company to the outside world. In conjunction with those in charge, trainers and experts of Provadis, SIRIUS has created an action plan for human resources development, which will begin in January 2012.

The program aims to give SIRIUS personnel a clearer perspective of the company's principles and culture. Soft skills are trained through targeted measures in 14 sequential modules. The personnel development concept of SIRIUS should enhance further professionalism, give a sense of connection to the company and convince new candidates to apply for open positions at SIRIUS.

Provadis will also support the implementation of the human resources development programme in the context of a reference programme including further reports on the project.
